Key responsibilities include establishing and monitoring performance metrics and KPIs, managing and motivating credit control staff, and handling escalated client disputes. You will analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify risks, develop innovative strategies to reduce overdue accounts, and minimize bad debt. Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a collection’s leadership role, such as Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager. Proven experience within the FinTech industry is considered a significant added advantage. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly high-level Excel skills for data analysis. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and monitoring. Demonstrated supervisory and team management capabilities with a focus on motivating staff. Ability to develop and enforce policies for credit assessment, payment terms, and collection procedures.
