Tanzania Empowerment Forum Limited (TEF Consult) is inviting qualified candidates to apply for the position of SIM Registration Support based in Dar es Salaam. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in telecom operations, compliance, and commercial governance. The successful candidate will support SIM registration processes, ensure regulatory compliance, provide system support to field teams, and maintain high standards of operational accuracy. The key responsibilities for this position involve ensuring SIM registration compliance with regulatory and internal standards while supporting retail partners and sales teams on KYC processes. The candidate will monitor registration system performance, resolve operational issues, and prepare comprehensive performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Furthermore, the role requires conducting field assessments and refresher training sessions to maintain excellence in telecom service delivery and ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the latest registration protocols.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in telecom operations is an added advantage
Detail-oriented and compliance-focused approach to work
Passion for operational excellence and quality assurance
Ability to ensure SIM registration compliance with regulatory standards
Experience in supporting retail partners and sales teams on KYC processes
