R2R RECORD TO REPORT MANAGER (1 POSITION) @ ESNBLTD
The R2R Record to Report Manager will oversee comprehensive Record-to-Report operations, including General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Bank, and Inventory accounting. This senior position involves ensuring compliance with global standards, supervising internal and external audits, and leading a high-performing team toward operational excellence. You will be responsible for the accuracy of Month-End Close (MEC) processes and driving continuous process improvements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management roles.
Extensive experience in GL, IC, FA, and Bank accounting.
Demonstrated ability to manage Month-End Close (MEC) operations.
Strong experience supervising internal and external audits.
Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite is required.
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
Proven track record in driving process improvements.
Strong supervisory skills and ability to foster team growth.
