PROGRAMMER / SOFTWARE DEVELOPER @ ELEGANSKY MICROFINANCE
ELEGANSKY microfinance is seeking a dedicated Programmer / Software Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development, maintenance, and security of our digital systems. You will contribute to innovative fintech solutions that directly enhance our operations and improve the overall customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in the fintech sector while working in a collaborative environment. In this role, your daily tasks will involve writing, testing, and deploying clean and efficient code, as well as maintaining and improving the performance of existing software. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and debugging systems to ensure seamless operations and data protection. Furthermore, you will work closely with other team members to integrate new technologies into our business processes. The position offers a monthly salary of TZS 500,000 and provides significant professional growth opportunities and career advancement within the company.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
Recent graduate or early-career professional (preferably under 30)
Proficiency in at least one language (Python, Java, PHP, or C#)
Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Write, test, and deploy clean, efficient code
Maintain and improve existing software performance
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade systems
Collaborate to ensure software security and data protection
Assist in integrating new technologies into operations
