Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in cashiering or handling cash transactions.
Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple transactions efficiently.
Proficiency in operating mobile money platforms and agency banking tools.
Attention to detail to ensure zero discrepancies in daily accounts.
Basic computer literacy for logging and tracking daily reports.
Ability to reconcile daily cash balances accurately.
Excellent time management and punctuality.
