The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning for the regional office. Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years experience in Finance
At least 5 years in senior finance leadership roles
Mandatory experience within large-scale or high-volume manufacturing
Strong experience operating in a large, complex, or fast-paced manufacturing business
Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA
Expertise in financial reporting and consolidation under IFRS
Proven ability to manage and mentor a diverse team of finance professionals
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and statutory compliance
Advanced skills in using ERP software such as SAP or Oracle
Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning and forecasting
