Key Responsibilities include ensuring SIM registration compliance with regulatory and internal standards, supporting retail partners and sales teams on KYC processes, and monitoring registration system performance. This position requires a proactive individual capable of resolving operational issues and preparing detailed daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for conducting field assessments and leading refresher training sessions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the latest registration protocols. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in telecom operations is an added advantage
Proficiency in SIM registration processes and local regulatory compliance
Ability to monitor and resolve registration system performance issues
Experience in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
