Tanzania Empowerment Forum Limited (TEF Consult) is inviting qualified candidates to apply for the position of CVM Assistant based in Dar es Salaam. This role is ideal for an analytical and commercially driven professional with experience in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), SQL reporting, and revenue growth initiatives within the telecommunications or fintech environment. The successful candidate will support customer value management strategies, campaign execution, business performance tracking, and stakeholder reporting. Key responsibilities include supporting revenue growth and customer retention strategies, executing lifecycle management initiatives, and post-launch evaluations. Additionally, the CVM Assistant will be responsible for coordinating UAT, campaign launches, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the process. The role involves tracking daily business performance and preparing monthly reports to inform management decisions. Managing CVM project databases and tariff documentation is also a crucial part of the role, alongside providing analytics support through SQL scripting and data mining. This position offers a great opportunity for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and a passion for data-driven commercial outcomes.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or Telecommunications Engineering. Valid SQL certification is strictly required for this position. Minimum of 2+ years of commercial experience within the telecommunications industry. Demonstrated strength in analytical, reporting, and professional communication skills. Proficiency in performing data mining and advanced SQL scripting for business insights. Practical experience in executing Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategies. Ability to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and align various stakeholders. Expertise in tracking daily business performance and compiling detailed monthly reports. Competency in managing CVM project databases and maintaining accurate tariff documentation. Proven capability in supporting revenue growth and customer retention initiatives.
