Additionally, the role involves recording customer data accurately into the company's internal systems. This position is based at Kariakoo Gerezani, Plot 31 Block 52, Omary Londo Street. Candidates must be female, aged between 20 and 30, and hold a valid Customer Care Certificate. Fluency in both English and Swahili is mandatory, while proficiency in Chinese is a distinct advantage. Applicants should possess prior experience in a call center setting and have strong computer literacy. The deadline for applications is April 15, 2026.
