Tanzania Empowerment Forum Limited (TEF Consult) is currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical CVM Assistant to join their team in Dar es Salaam. This position is central to the organization's efforts in driving customer value management and revenue growth within the competitive telecommunications and fintech sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various commercial initiatives, including lifecycle management, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
The role involves a heavy focus on data-driven decision-making, requiring the candidate to utilize SQL scripting for analytics and reporting. You will coordinate with stakeholders for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and campaign launches while maintaining accurate project databases and tariff documentation. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or Telecommunications Engineering
Professional SQL certification is strictly required
Minimum of 2+ years of commercial experience specifically in the telecom industry
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
Excellent reporting and communication skills for stakeholder alignment
Proven experience in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and revenue growth
Proficiency in SQL scripting and data mining techniques
Ability to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and campaign launches
Experience in tracking business performance and preparing monthly commercial reports
Skill in managing project databases and maintaining technical tariff documentation
