Biovita Company is looking for a dedicated and analytical Quality Control professional to join our team in Tanzania. The primary focus of this role is to ensure excellence in our contact center operations by systematically evaluating operator call recordings against established quality criteria. You will be responsible for providing clear, structured, and constructive feedback to both operators and managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. The position offers a monthly salary of 645,000 Tshs with an additional bonus of 260,000 Tshs based on performance.

In addition to call monitoring, you will be tasked with preparing detailed reports and conducting thorough data analysis to identify trends and areas for service enhancement. You will develop strategic recommendations to boost operator performance and ensure overall service quality remains at its peak. The role also involves high-level communication and coordination with remote sites to align standards and exchange vital information across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with supervisory experience to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in sales within a contact center environment. Proven experience working as a Quality Controller, Supervisor, or Team Lead. Demonstrated experience working with CRM systems to manage customer data. Strong experience in preparing, analyzing, and presenting detailed reports. Proficiency in evaluating call recordings based on specific quality metrics. Ability to provide clear, structured, and constructive feedback to team members. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Professional fluency in the English language for both verbal and written communication. Capacity to develop actionable recommendations to improve service quality and performance. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with remote sites. High level of attention to detail and commitment to organizational standards.
