You will support digital tools implementation, assist with user access, and participate in internal compliance reviews and ISO audits to ensure site-wide safety standards are consistently met.
Key Requirements
Previous exposure to administrative roles, ideally supporting HSE, construction, or engineering.
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated familiarity with HSE terminology, workflows, and documentation.
Ability to manage and maintain HSE documentation, registers, and records accurately.
Experience working with digital HSE platforms and performing system data entry.
Skill in generating daily, weekly, and monthly HSE dashboards and performance reports.
Ability to handle sensitive information such as incident data and medical records securely.
Experience preparing documentation for ISO audits, client audits, and compliance reviews.
Ability to track expiry dates for trainings, medicals, licenses, and certifications.
Excellent organization, prioritization, and high attention to detail.
Willingness to visit project sites within the region when required.
Ability to coordinate HSE trainings including logistics and materials.
