Key Requirements
Relevant experience in Cost Management and Estimation.
Strong commercial and analytical skills for cost evaluation.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively within a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE construction market and regulatory standards.
