This is a prominent opportunity for an Emiratisation candidate to join one of the Middle East's leading engineering and construction firms as an HSE/Safety Administrator based in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving, maintaining, and managing essential health, safety, and environment documentation, ensuring all registers and records are in strict compliance with both company standards and specific project requirements. You will be responsible for filing, updating, and archiving HSE plans, MSRA, and PTW records, while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality regarding incident data and medical records.

The role involves significant digital system management, including the oversight of HSE dashboards and performance reports. The administrator will be responsible for coordinating safety trainings, logistics, and attendance records, as well as assisting with regulatory documentation for authority notifications. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing sensitive incident data and medical records with the highest level of confidentiality. You will support digital tools implementation, assist with user access, and participate in internal compliance reviews and ISO audits to ensure site-wide safety standards are consistently met.

Key Requirements

Previous exposure to administrative roles, ideally supporting HSE, construction, or engineering. Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated familiarity with HSE terminology, workflows, and documentation. Ability to manage and maintain HSE documentation, registers, and records accurately. Experience working with digital HSE platforms and performing system data entry. Skill in generating daily, weekly, and monthly HSE dashboards and performance reports. Ability to handle sensitive information such as incident data and medical records securely. Experience preparing documentation for ISO audits, client audits, and compliance reviews. Ability to track expiry dates for trainings, medicals, licenses, and certifications. Excellent organization, prioritization, and high attention to detail. Willingness to visit project sites within the region when required. Ability to coordinate HSE trainings including logistics and materials.
