QUANTITY SURVEYOR @ CITYFORT
Cityfort is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to road and infrastructure projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. You will work closely with project managers and site engineers to ensure that projects are completed within budget and meet all necessary legal and quality standards. This role requires a professional with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.
Key responsibilities include preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client, performing risk, value management and cost control. You will also be tasked with providing advice on contractual claims and conducting site visits for measurement and valuation purposes. Candidates must have a proven track record in the civil infrastructure sector within the United Arab Emirates. Immediate availability is highly preferred to support our ongoing project timelines and ensure seamless operational continuity.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Strong experience specifically in road and infrastructure projects is mandatory.
Ability to join immediately or within a very short notice period.
Proficiency in cost estimation and budget management for civil engineering works.
Expertise in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and comprehensive tender documents.
In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts and standard forms of measurement.
Ability to perform accurate site measurements and valuations of work completed.
Strong negotiation skills for dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and specialized Quantity Surveying software.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project costs effectively.
