CIVIL ENGINEER @ BYLD – RENOVATION & FIT-OUT

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in managing renovation and interior fit-out projects, ensuring that all structural and architectural requirements are met with precision. You will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. The role demands a professional with at least one year of UAE-based experience, specifically within the Dubai market. You will work closely with project managers and quantity surveyors to ensure projects stay within scope and meet the high standards BYLD is known for. Key Requirements
Minimum 1+ year UAE experience (Dubai experience preferred)
Proven experience in renovation & fit-out projects
Deep understanding of civil engineering principles in construction
Proficiency in site management and supervision
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations
Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong problem-solving skills for on-site challenges
Experience in coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
