Key Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience as a hostess or in a similar front-of-house role within the hospitality industry.
Professional appearance and a consistently welcoming demeanor.
Ability to manage guest reservations and seating arrangements effectively using specialized software.
Strong interpersonal skills to handle diverse guest needs and potential complaints gracefully.
Flexibility to work full-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
