QA AUTOMATION LEAD @ LATINUM HR SOLUTIONS
Latinum HR Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Lead on behalf of a fast-growing SaaS and digital platforms company based in Dubai. This hybrid role is designed for a quality engineering leader who can take charge of building scalable test automation frameworks and driving quality excellence across complex, high-traffic systems. The successful candidate will lead the QA automation strategy for web and API platforms, ensuring that testing practices are deeply integrated into the CI/CD pipeline and collaborating closely with both Engineering and Product teams to define release readiness standards. The monthly salary for this position is AED 25,000 – 32,000.

This position requires 7 to 11 years of experience in test automation with a strong focus on hands-on framework development. Candidates with backgrounds in SaaS or fintech environments are highly preferred. Key Requirements
7–11 years of professional experience in QA and test automation.
Strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Proficiency in testing APIs, microservices, and complex cloud-based systems.
Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices within a quality engineering context.
Proven experience in a leadership or test ownership role, managing quality standards.
Previous experience working with SaaS, fintech, or high-traffic digital products.
Ability to define quality metrics and establish release readiness standards for software products.
Proficiency in coding or scripting languages required for automation such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues within high-traffic systems.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Product teams.
Ability to mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers to improve team automation capabilities.
