Key Requirements
BE Civil engineering degree.
Minimum 18 years of total experience in civil engineering.
At least 10 years of experience within the UAE market.
Extensive experience in high-rise building projects.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Proficient in project scheduling and budgeting.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams on-site.
Deep understanding of local UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
