Key responsibilities include coordinating multi-disciplinary technical systems such as electrical, automation, mechanical, and TMS/PLC/ATG systems, alongside supervising site installations and commissioning activities. Key Requirements

4–8 years of experience in project management within oil & gas, terminals, or depot infrastructure. Proven experience working with fuel depots, tank farms, loading gantries, and automation systems. Strong technical background in Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation, or Mechanical/Piping. Demonstrated experience managing EPC/EPCM or complex multi-disciplinary projects. In-depth knowledge of HSE standards such as OSHA, ATEX, and NFPA within the oil & gas industry. Previous professional experience working within the East Africa region. Proficiency in technical software including MS Project, MS Office, and AutoCAD. Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings and manage technical validations. Strong financial acumen for budget tracking, cost control, and margin monitoring. Mandatory fluency in English; proficiency in Swahili is considered a strong advantage. Possession of an Engineering degree and relevant HSE certifications like OSHA.
