Key Requirements
Proven experience working as a bartender in a hotel or bar.
Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions and use POS systems correctly.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness in the bar area.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations during peak hours.
Professional and friendly personality with guest-centric focus.
Knowledge of alcohol safety and responsible serving regulations.
Ability to lift and move heavy items like crates or kegs.
Availability to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Ability to maintain inventory and report stock levels regularly.
