SENIOR SALES ENGINEER - FORKLIFT (01) @ CAMCO
Camco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer specializing in Forklift equipment to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities, promoting our durable and affordable forklift solutions, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical quotations, proposals, and sales reports while ensuring all sales targets are met or exceeded through strategic negotiation and market analysis.
In addition to sales generation, the Senior Sales Engineer will coordinate closely with our technical and service departments to provide comprehensive solutions and ensure seamless product delivery. Providing exceptional after-sales support and diligent customer follow-up is a core component of this position to maintain Camco's reputation for quality service. Candidates should possess a blend of technical engineering knowledge and commercial expertise to effectively navigate the lifting equipment and automotive industry in Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial sector.
Demonstrated experience in forklift handling, lifting equipment, or the automotive industry is highly advantageous.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
Ability to consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Proficiency in preparing professional quotations, proposals, and detailed sales reports.
Excellent coordination skills to work effectively with technical and service teams.
Strong commitment to providing after-sales support and maintaining customer follow-up.
Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities within the Tanzania market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
