We are seeking a proactive Supermarket Supervisor to manage floor activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our branches in Pwani and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency within our stores. The monthly salary for the Supermarket Supervisor is Tsh 700,000.
The supervisor will lead the floor staff, handle customer inquiries, and ensure that inventory is stocked and displayed correctly. We require someone who can act as a bridge between the staff and management, ensuring that all policies are followed and that the shopping environment remains safe and welcoming for our customers. Experience in a supermarket setting is highly preferred for this role.

Key Requirements
3 to 5 years experience in a supervisory role.
Experience within the supermarket industry.
Ability to supervise floor staff and ensure productivity.
Excellent customer interaction and service skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory tracking and restocking.
Ability to handle cash transactions and POS operations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to resolve customer complaints professionally.
Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends.
Commitment to maintaining store hygiene and safety standards.
