Ando Roofing Products Ltd is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead the people strategy for our growing organization. This role focuses on driving a high-performance culture, managing the full employee life cycle, and aligning HR initiatives with our business goals to support expansion across Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including policy development, performance management, and workforce planning, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will also serve as a primary point for employee relations and dispute resolution, supervise leave cycle management, and handle payroll administration. Additionally, the role involves identifying training needs, coordinating staff inductions, and enforcing health and safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards. This is a senior-level position designed for an individual who can influence and coach team members to achieve organizational excellence.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a senior HR level position.
Strong leadership, influencing, and coaching abilities.
Deep knowledge of Tanzanian labor legislation.
Professional certification in human resource management.
Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience in handling Payroll Administration and leave management.
Expertise in Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA) standards.
Ability to identify training needs and coordinate capacity-building programs.
