Bawe Island is a prestigious luxury hospitality property situated in the beautiful archipelago of Zanzibar. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Store Supervisor to join our dedicated team and manage our inventory operations. This position is open to Tanzanian nationals who have a proven track record in store management and a keen eye for detail. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our luxury standards are maintained through efficient stock handling and organization. Your core responsibilities will include overseeing daily store operations, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring that all records are kept with high accuracy.
You will coordinate closely with various departments to manage requisitions and ensure that supplies are available when needed. Furthermore, you will lead and supervise the store team members, fostering a culture of integrity and professionalism. Tanzanian national
Proven leadership and supervisory skills
Strong knowledge of PMS systems
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Good organizational and reporting abilities
Experience in hospitality industry is an added advantage
Proactive and detail-oriented mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking
Ability to maintain high standards of storage and organization
