In this role, you will be responsible for planning and carrying out all tasks needed to keep the facility, both inside and out, in good condition. This includes performing preventative maintenance, executing light equipment repairs, and ensuring the upkeep of the exterior yard and delivery areas. The schedule for this position is fixed for Monday through Friday, from 8:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

This position offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates will work in a heavy manufacturing environment and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Key Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent. 5+ years of mechanical experience specifically in a heavy manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Proficiency in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems. Skilled in the use of precision measuring tools for equipment specifications. Experienced in handling a wide variety of hand and power tools safely. Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email for communication. Strong work ethic and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills for reporting and team coordination. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide two forms of valid ID. Ability to work the night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Physical stamina to maintain the facility's interior and exterior yard areas.
