Key Requirements
Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a university program in Communications, Journalism, or Aviation Management.
Demonstrated passion for the aviation and aerospace industry and supporting women's career advancement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital engagement strategies.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, global team.
Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative on content creation projects.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Proficiency in basic graphic design tools and content management systems is preferred.
Willingness to represent WAI at various industry conferences and networking events.
Availability to commit to the designated internship period and participate in team meetings.
