Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is an added advantage
At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting, preferably within the NGO sector
Proficiency in accounting software packages and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex financial data
High level of professional integrity and exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to manage day-to-day financial transactions and records
Experience in preparing comprehensive financial reports and annual budgets
Capability to monitor project funds and track expenditures efficiently
