Desal Holdings Limited is inviting applications for the position of Finance Manager to handle our financial operations in Tanzania. This role involves comprehensive financial planning, reporting, and management of the company's fiscal health across our locations in Pwani and Dar es Salaam. The monthly salary offered for this position is Tsh 1,000,000.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing monthly statements, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance with all local financial regulations. We are looking for a professional who can provide strategic financial insights to support business growth. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail or supermarket sector, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Requirements
3 to 5 years experience in financial management roles.
Background in the supermarket or retail sector.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Solid understanding of financial regulations in Tanzania.
Ability to prepare monthly financial statements and audits.
Expertise in cash flow management and budgeting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification (CPA/ACCA).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Leadership skills to manage the finance team.
