HSD-Melt is recruiting a Financial Controller to supervise our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and implementing robust internal controls. This role involves leading the finance team and providing strategic financial insights to the senior management team.
You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards, and managing the budgeting process. Key Requirements
Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
Experience in budgeting and financial controls
Ability to manage a finance team
4–6 years relevant experience
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
CPA(T) or ACCA qualification
Deep understanding of IFRS and tax regulations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong internal auditing knowledge
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
