Key Requirements
CPA (T) or equivalent professional accounting certification.
At least 5 years of experience in senior accounting or financial management.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws, IFRS, and local regulations.
Experience in preparing and presenting detailed financial statements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on results.
High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Ability to manage complex budgets and forecast long-term financial trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for strategic decision-making.
