This is a field-based position requiring a commitment to adaptive learning and evidence-based decision-making to support the long-term success of the Rubeho Carbon initiative.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Forestry, Natural Resource Management, or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in MEAL functions within agroforestry, livelihoods, agroecology, climate, or rural development programmes. Experience with field data collection systems, mobile data collection tools, and reporting systems. Strong analytical, reporting, and facilitation skills. Experience working in rural and remote field environments is an added advantage.
