You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. BTR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect unauthorized use or a violation of these Terms.
4. Description of Services
BTR provides an AI-powered hiring infrastructure designed to connect job seekers ("Talent") with employers ("Companies").
For Talent: We offer services including resume parsing, AI-based job matching, and automated application tools (such as our "Auto Apply" feature). While our AI aims to match you with relevant opportunities, we do not guarantee job interviews, employment offers, or specific hiring outcomes.
For Companies: We provide job board hosting, multi-channel distribution (including Google Jobs and LinkedIn), and AI-assisted candidate ranking. We facilitate the recruitment process but do not act as an employer or guarantee that a specific position will be filled.
Note: Our services, including our AI ranking algorithms and traffic distribution models, are subject to change and improvement without prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You are explicitly prohibited from:
- Posting fraudulent, misleading, or non-existent job opportunities.
- Creating fake candidate profiles or submitting inaccurate resume data.
- Engaging in spamming, scraping, or data mining of our platform.
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of BTR or others.
- Using the platform for any illegal activity or to harass other users.
6. Payments & Fees
Certain features of BTR are offered under paid subscription plans.
For Talent:
- Basic Plan: Free.
- Semi Apply Plan: 15,000 Tshs / Month.
- Auto Apply Plan: 25,000 Tshs / Month.
For Companies:
- Weekly Plan: $30 / week.
- Bi-Weekly Plan: $70 / 2 weeks.
- Monthly Plan: $100 / month.
Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.
Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
7. Intellectual Property
The BTR platform, including its code, design, logos, and AI algorithms, is owned by Best Talent Reach and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., resumes, job posts), but you grant BTR a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our Services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BTR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF OUR PLATFORM.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEST TALENT REACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Best Talent Reach, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Termination
BTR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date". Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
