ESTHER LUXURY COACH is seeking a dedicated Data Management specialist to oversee the integrity and efficiency of our organizational data. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust database systems such as SQL, Oracle, and MongoDB to ensure that data can be retrieved and utilized efficiently across all departments. You will be responsible for creating data policies, including architecture and standards, while ensuring all processes validate data consistency and accuracy across multiple sources.
In addition to technical maintenance, the specialist will focus on data security and compliance, protecting sensitive information from breaches and ensuring adherence to privacy regulations. You will use advanced tools to analyze data trends, generate comprehensive reports, and create visual dashboards to inform business strategies. This position requires a proactive individual capable of documenting data policies and collaborating with various teams to optimize data usage and organizational performance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Science.
2-10 years of experience in data administration or management.
Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (Oracle, MongoDB).
Strong experience with ETL processes and data modeling.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
Ability to design and maintain efficient data storage systems.
Expertise in data validation processes to ensure accuracy.
Experience in data security and privacy regulation compliance.
Capability to create data policies and documentation standards.
Skills in generating reports and dashboards for business analysis.
