Equity Bank is seeking 10 MSME & Farmer Trainers to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in empowering small and medium enterprises and farmers through comprehensive training programs. You will be responsible for designing and delivering modules that enhance financial literacy and business management skills, ensuring that our clients have the knowledge necessary to grow their ventures sustainably.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Economics, or a related business field.
At least 3 years of experience in providing training or extension services to farmers or MSMEs.
Deep understanding of MSME business models and farmer group dynamics in the region.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Swahili.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data analysis.
Ability to travel extensively to rural areas to meet with farmers and small business owners.
Strong organizational skills to manage and coordinate multiple training sessions simultaneously.
Knowledge of financial literacy, basic accounting, and record-keeping for small businesses.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with local community leaders and stakeholders.
Experience working within the banking or microfinance sector is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and suggest program improvements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
