The Data Management specialist at hr estherluxury360 will be responsible for the integrity and organization of our company data. This includes entering data accurately, performing regular audits, and generating reports for management. Located in the Shekilango area of Dar es Salaam, this role is crucial for our data-driven decision-making processes. You will work to streamline data collection methods and ensure that all information is stored securely and is easily accessible when needed.
Key Requirements
Degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
High proficiency in data entry and database software
Extremely strong attention to detail and accuracy
Working knowledge of database management systems
Ability to analyze and interpret large, complex datasets
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL queries
Thorough understanding of data privacy and security laws
Strong report-writing and documentation skills
Excellent time management and task prioritization
Strong critical thinking and deductive reasoning
