IT & DATA SUPPORT OFFICER (REFERENCE NO: 2026–15) @ CCBRT TANZANIA
CCBRT Tanzania is seeking a dedicated IT & Data Support Officer to join the Moshi team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of ICT systems and data management processes, working in close coordination with the headquarters' ICT department. The successful candidate will provide essential first-line support for hardware and software issues, while also driving digitalization initiatives within the organization. In addition to technical support, the officer will be responsible for maintaining high data quality standards and producing insightful reports for management and monitoring purposes. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage ICT assets effectively and ensure compliance with established standards. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Management
2–3 years’ experience in IT support, ICT systems, or data management
ICT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Network+ are an added advantage
Previous experience working in healthcare or NGO environments is preferred
Ability to provide first-line ICT support for hardware, software, and networks
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining ICT systems
Experience with system administration and supporting digitalization initiatives
Ability to maintain databases and conduct rigorous data quality checks
Skill in preparing reports for management and M&E purposes
Ability to manage ICT assets and maintain equipment inventory
