Key Requirements

8–12 years of substantial experience in export sales or international business development, specifically within the workwear, safety wear, PPE, or industrial apparel industry. Must possess a deep understanding of export documentation, trade regulations, and international logistics. Proven hands-on experience in managing international clients and distributors across multiple geographies. Established network of industrial buyers, distributors, and industry contacts in relevant international markets. Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and organizational KPIs. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills essential for managing high-level international accounts. Willingness to travel internationally frequently for client meetings and participation in trade fairs. Ability to conduct thorough competitor analysis and provide accurate market intelligence for product positioning.
