NZ Seasonal Wear Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality, durable, and certified protective workwear and safety wear, is seeking an experienced Export Sales Lead to drive global market penetration. This pivotal role is based in Mumbai, India, though significant international travel will be required for client meetings and trade fairs. The primary objective is to spearhead international business growth for the company's workwear and safety wear product lines by strategically identifying and developing new market opportunities, leveraging existing client networks, and establishing robust relationships with international distributors, industrial buyers, and corporate clients across multiple countries.
The Export Sales Lead will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with ambitious revenue targets and organizational growth plans. Key functions include utilizing an established network of industrial buyers and procurement professionals to generate strong business leads, managing the full end-to-end export sales process—including handling complex pricing negotiations, contract finalization, logistics coordination, and ensuring meticulous compliance with international export regulations and trade documentation. Furthermore, the role requires proactive market intelligence gathering, conducting competitor analysis, and coordinating closely with internal production, logistics, and finance teams to guarantee seamless order execution and exceptional customer satisfaction. This position demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving significant sales growth within the industrial apparel and PPE sector.

Key Requirements

8–12 years of substantial experience in export sales or international business development, specifically within the workwear, safety wear, PPE, or industrial apparel industry. Must possess a deep understanding of export documentation, trade regulations, and international logistics. Proven hands-on experience in managing international clients and distributors across multiple geographies. Established network of industrial buyers, distributors, and industry contacts in relevant international markets. Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and organizational KPIs. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills essential for managing high-level international accounts. Willingness to travel internationally frequently for client meetings and participation in trade fairs. Ability to conduct thorough competitor analysis and provide accurate market intelligence for product positioning. Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities focused on driving results.
