BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE) @ PERICLES VENTURES PVT LTD
Pericles Ventures Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune. We are a Pune-based digital services company dedicated to helping businesses grow holistically through revolutionary solutions and exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to one year of experience who are passionate about sales and looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this position ranges from 2.4 LPA to 3 LPA. The successful candidate will be responsible for international calling, lead generation, and pipeline management. Key responsibilities include developing B2B sales strategies, conducting market research, and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role based in Pune.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities to close deals.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a focus on results.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in lead generation and pipeline management.
Capacity for international calling and handling international sales.
