Key Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation
Confident and effective communication skills
Strong ownership of targets and performance goals

Ability to hit the ground running as an immediate joiner
Proven ability to generate qualified appointments via outbound calling
Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools
Strong research skills to identify potential business leads
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Experience in navigating gatekeepers and reaching decision-makers
