Shree Kurmdas Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated ERPNext Administrator to join our team at our Bhosari, Pune office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our ERP system, ensuring that all daily entries and data management tasks are performed efficiently. This role involves maintaining the ERPNext server, overseeing regular backups, and monitoring system performance to prevent downtime.
Beyond technical maintenance, the ERPNext Administrator will provide essential support to our internal team, helping them navigate ERP entries and usage across various departments including Purchase, Stock, Manufacturing, and Accounts. You will be expected to troubleshoot any software issues that arise and ensure error-free operations. This is a full-time, work-from-office position suitable for individuals with 3 to 6 years of experience in ERP administration within a manufacturing context.

Key Requirements
Hands-on experience in ERPNext is mandatory.
A minimum of 3 to 6 years of professional experience in ERP administration.
Basic knowledge of server management and IT systems maintenance.
Proficiency in performing data backups and system monitoring.
Understanding of Purchase and Stock modules within an ERP environment.
Knowledge of Manufacturing and Accounts modules preferred.
Ability to perform accurate daily entries and data management.
Strong troubleshooting skills for ERP software and related technical issues.
Capability to support and train internal teams on ERP usage.
Willingness to work from the office location in Bhosari, Pune.
