INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE @ KILOWOTT
Kilowott is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Porvorim, Goa. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling both inbound and outbound sales calls, generating and qualifying potential leads, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve specific sales targets. This position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers with relevant internship experience or professionals with up to one year of inside sales experience to kickstart and grow their sales careers in a vibrant environment. The salary for this role is mentioned as up to ₹25,000 per month.
The ideal candidate must be target-driven, self-motivated, and possess exceptional English communication and negotiation skills. As part of our team, you will enjoy a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday, with standard shift hours between 9 AM and 6 PM. Key Requirements
1 year of Inside Sales experience or a relevant sales internship experience.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Must be target-driven and highly self-motivated.
Current residency in Goa, with a preference for candidates in North Goa.
Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls.
Proven ability to generate and qualify high-quality sales leads.
Experience in maintaining and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
