Noah Therapeutics is expanding its team and looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to support the growth of our CRO services. This role focuses on client acquisition, lead generation, proposal development, and expanding business opportunities across Bio-Analytical and Clinical Research services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying new market opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships within the life sciences industry to drive overall company growth.

The position requires a candidate with a strong background in pharmacy or clinical research, combined with a proven track record of business development success in the CRO environment. Candidates should be comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and presenting technical solutions to prospective clients. Key Requirements

MSc, B.Pharmacy, Pharm-D, or M.Pharmacy degree. 2–3 years of experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO). Proven experience in client acquisition and lead generation. Expertise in developing business proposals for Bio-Analytical and Clinical Research services. Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and market trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills for building partnerships. Ability to drive growth and expand business opportunities within the CRO sector. Strategic thinking and the ability to identify new market niches. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
