MNC Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Safety Officer to oversee occupational health and safety protocols at our manufacturing facility located in Khed City MIDC, Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all safety standards are strictly followed, conducting regular site inspections, and fostering a culture of safety among the workforce to minimize industrial accidents and health risks. Salary for this position is 30,000 PM.

Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Safety Diploma from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry safety department.
Proven ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards in a factory environment.
Strong knowledge of local and international occupational health and safety regulations.
Experience in conducting safety audits and preparing detailed compliance reports.
Ability to develop and implement safety training modules for employees.
Proficiency in coordinating emergency response drills and fire safety protocols.
Expertise in the management and inspection of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Excellent communication skills to report safety concerns to management effectively.
Capacity to maintain accurate records of safety incidents and investigation results.
