Compliance and reporting are essential, requiring adherence to all Company policies, SOPs, and regulations, submission of weekly activity reports, and maintaining customer information confidentiality. Performance will be measured by monthly loan disbursement value, new customers onboarded, loan approval conversion rate, portfolio repayment performance, customer retention, and compliance. This is a fully performance-based, commission-only position, with earnings tied to successful loan disbursements and portfolio performance according to the Company’s commission structure. There is no fixed monthly salary.

Key Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Economics, Law, Real Estate, or a related field. A minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience in selling, processing, or managing Title Loans or other secured lending products is mandatory. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and disbursement targets in a title loans or secured lending environment. Strong understanding of property title verification, loan documentation, customer onboarding, and the title loan approval process. An existing network of potential clients and referral partners within the title loans market will be a distinct advantage.
