KAGO AFRICA LIMITED is looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This role is crucial for building and maintaining robust relationships with our clients, understanding their unique logistics needs, and ensuring they receive exceptional service. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their orders from inception to final delivery, and ensuring a seamless experience that reinforces KAGO Africa's commitment to excellence. Your proactive approach will help in identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the growth of our client base.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for providing timely updates, resolving any issues promptly, and ensuring all client documentation and regulatory requirements are met with precision. You will gather valuable feedback to continuously enhance our service offerings and help us deliver exceptional logistics solutions. This position provides an opportunity to work with a professional team that values integrity, innovation, and customer satisfaction, located at Kamata 13 Lugoda street, Dar es Salaam.

Key Requirements

Build and manage strong client relationships, understanding their unique logistics needs. Coordinate and manage client orders from placement to final delivery. Provide timely updates, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer support. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Gather feedback, identify improvement areas, and contribute to client base growth. Possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Clearing & Forwarding, Logistics & Transport Management or Procurement Management. Have 3-4 years working experience in the logistics industry. Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Office 365). Understanding of TRA & Port systems is an added advantage. Experience with ERP or any web application knowledge is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. Ability to analyze client feedback and implement improvements for service excellence.
