SALES EXECUTIVE - ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE @ ANDO ROOFING PRODUCTS LTD
Ando Roofing Products Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in alcoholic beverages to join their team in Tanzania. This role is crucial for expanding market reach and strengthening customer relationships within the alcoholic beverage sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular field visits to key clients, distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets, ensuring effective promotion and distribution of the company's product portfolio. This position demands a proactive approach to identifying and engaging new business opportunities.Key responsibilities include coordinating the distribution of promotional materials to bolster sales and marketing initiatives, thereby driving revenue growth. The Sales Executive will also be tasked with meticulously preparing and submitting accurate sales reports, forecasts, and timely market updates. A primary objective is to consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets, aligning with Ando Roofing Products Ltd's strategic business goals.
Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales and marketing of alcoholic beverages.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Valid driving license with a willingness to travel frequently and relocate as required.
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills to effectively close deals.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with diverse clients.
Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Deep understanding of the alcoholic beverage market, including distribution channels and competitive landscape.
Competency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) for reporting and communication.
