Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience specifically in the oil and gas sector. At least 5 years of experience in a senior multi-site retail management role, preferably managing 8+ stations. Proven track record of delivering strong financial performance and operational KPIs in a competitive market. Direct experience with retail fuel systems, wet-stock management, and loss-control methodologies.
