Darworth is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative specializing in Home Appliances to join their team in Dar es Salaam. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales growth by promoting home appliance products to both retail and wholesale customers. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the company's customer base, and maintaining strong professional relationships with various clients. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective product demonstrations and feature explanations.
In addition to direct sales, the representative will handle administrative and analytical tasks such as preparing detailed sales reports and performing market analysis. Monitoring competitor activities and staying updated on market trends are essential to remain competitive. The role also involves ensuring the timely follow-up of orders and payments to guarantee customer satisfaction and smooth operations. This position offers a commission-based salary structure with additional performance-based incentives, making it an excellent opportunity for result-oriented professionals. Salary is commission based.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience specifically in Home Appliances sales.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
Hardworking, self-motivated, and highly result-oriented professional attitude.
In-depth knowledge of the Dar es Salaam retail and wholesale market.
Previous experience working with established electronics or home appliance brands.
A strong existing client portfolio within retail or distribution channels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various sales reporting tools.
Ability to conduct technical product demonstrations for diverse customer groups.
